To reserve your date, only a $20 USD deposit is required. After that, you'll receive a form to fill out with your personal information (name, email, and number) so I can send you your contract and the remaining balance.

For international payments, I recommend Wise (no commission). You can also pay with Stripe, but an additional 5.5% fee applies.

We can have the session at the beach, at your hotel, or at my private studio within Club Regina Cancún, located in the hotel zone. This location is ideal as it doesn't charge an entry fee like other hotels.

The sessions are relaxed. Even if you book 30 or 60 minutes, I usually provide an extra 10 to 15 minutes if needed. The important thing is that you enjoy.

Yes, my approach is hybrid: I combine directed poses with spontaneous moments. During the session, I will provide guidance to achieve harmonious and natural images, but I will also capture authentic and candid moments that reflect the true essence of your family.

The gallery will be available for 1 month from the delivery date. After that period, the files will be deleted from the server, and their storage is not guaranteed.
I recommend downloading and backing up your photos as soon as you receive them. -
We always aim to capture your best angle with the camera. Light Photoshop editing is included, such as removing people or objects in the background; but for complex or extensive work, we offer a separate quote.

You will receive an online gallery with high-resolution edited images, ready to download and share. The complete delivery is made within a maximum of 5 business days.
If you choose Collection A (1 hour), you will also receive a special preview of 5 to 10 photos the same day of the session, so you can relive your favorite moments from the start. This detail is not available in Collection B.

The collections are designed for small families (up to 6 people). If you wish to include more family members, just let me know in advance to arrange it.

Yes. In Collection A (1 hour), there is time for one outfit change if you wish. In Collection B (30 minutes), it's best to maintain a single look.

Yes, you can request color adjustments within 3 days after the final gallery is delivered. After that period, the original files (RAW) are deleted from the system as part of my workflow.
It's important to note that these adjustments are not a change in editing style, but rather subtle refinements within the same aesthetic in which the images were originally delivered.
Also, my editing style is entirely dependent on the natural light and atmosphere of the day. For example, a cloudy day will result in softer, less vibrant images compared to a sunny one. My goal is always to faithfully reflect the real atmosphere of the moment you lived.
